During the consultation, specialist gets familiar with your daily rhythm and habits regarding nutrition, health and physical activities. Your body weight is measured and the details are explained in detail. Based on your goals and the information obtained from your medical history, detailed dietary recommendations are made.

Repeated consultation (60min), 50.00€.

Preparation of an individual nutrition plan, 150.00€ (not included in the cost of the consultation).

A detailed nutrition plan is drawn up and given to each person for each meal during the week.
