Delivery and payment arrangements/rights

The Seller starts the order creation only if the Seller has received the order for his account. If payment for the order is not made within 14 days, the order is automatically cancelled. The Seller sends an informative e-mail to the Customer about the cancellation of the order.

The seller ensures and coordinates the delivery of the goods within 3-5 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods. The goods are delivered using Omniva or DPD courier and parcel services.
If the product has not been received within 5 working days, the Customer of the product shall contact the Seller to find out the status of the order and the Seller has undertaken to resolve the situation.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer cannot exercise the right to return the product if the thoughts about purchasing the product have changed and the product has been shipped. As cosmetic packaging is easy to open and its contents can be damaged / altered and cosmetics are considered to be of medicinal value for skin care, the Customer has no right to refuse or return the product.
