APPOINTMENT BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY AT OUR SALON:

Please note that upon booking an appointment, a prepayment invoice of 100 EUR is prepared for the selected service. The appointment is confirmed only after the invoice has been paid.

If the invoice is not paid on the day it is prepared, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +371 26263791 or emailing orders@kristineliepina.com. If the cancellation is made on time, the prepayment will be fully refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of a no-show, the prepayment of 100 EUR is non-refundable.
